Since opening doors, our vision has been to provide a great outdoor dining experience through delicious food made with the freshest, highest quality of ingredients along with first-class customer satisfaction and promptness.

Our Story

Idea, the opening and where we are today

The Salgado Family started with a vision, to serve authentic Mexican Tacos and plates to their community and friends. Using family secrets and techniques passed through generations, they have mastered and perfected many Mexico's most beloved dishes such as Tacos al Pastor, Burritos, Flautas, Enchiladas and more!

After preparing the Taco Truck and completing our staff with experienced cooks and staff, El Gran Taco opened doors for the first time in January 2020. We cultivated a beautiful and welcoming atmosphere that kept people coming back.

Today our quality of food is better than ever. After years of serving the Greater Seattle area, we have raised our standard of quality in our customer service and the food we serve. We are growing more than ever and are ready to serve you. We also take all necessary precautions to ensure you and company stay safe during Covid-19.
